Initially we will arrange an appointment to discuss your primary needs and wants. By establishing your affordability and an appropriate budget, we can then work with you to find a suitable product.

If you are purchasing a property, we will help you find your dream home and work with estate agents to book viewings on the properties that catch your eye. We are also able to help you negotiate with the agent once you have found “the one”.

Now that you have found your dream home, we will arrange another appointment to go through our recommended product based on the first appointment and the home found. We will also discuss your protection needs at this time.

You can then relax whilst we apply for the mortgage and work with the lender to progress your case to a full mortgage offer. We will also work with the estate agent/developer as well as your chosen solicitor to keep you fully informed right through to the day you pick up the keys of your new home.
